Hermine-Charlotte Foucher LL.M.

Hermine-Charlotte Foucher studied law in Paris and has been practising as a solicitor in Paris since 2010, and since 2011 she has been registered as a European solicitor in Germany. She has been part of the Steinkühler team since 2010.

Hermine-Charlotte Foucher advises and represents German and French companies, executives and employees in all issues of labour law, particularly in the harmonisation of German, French and European labour law necessary to cross-border activity. Her areas of focus here are ongoing support of companies in labour law matters as well as formulation of contracts.
